Hello Friday!

Hello Everyone,

I'm feeling the need to break away from sewing and jewelry making for a few days. I love paper art, especially Origami. It so beautiful and I love the geometry of it. I'm amazed that such intricate design can be created with such a humble and at times fragile material.

 

 I just love this cat! The color and the pose, I can hear this pretty kitty purring.

This is by Origami artist Paul Jackson, it's too cute! Made with magazine paper, what a great way to recycle. This would be fantastic in a child's room.

       This is the work of Robert J. Lang. I love the Koi...and the Goat (do you see the face in the rock?)...and the Gold Fish.

Interior lighting company Aqua, designs the most beautiful lighting. This collection of Origami Lamps called Molecules it's simply stunning. I would love to have the floor lamp in my home.
