July is upon us and we're heading out for a camping trip. The Mr. and I are off to Cannon Beach, Oregon for a little "Fourth of July" surfing weekend.
I'm looking forward to going to my favorite places and just chilling on the beach.
I like to eat good food while we camp so I'll be getting all the essentials together the next few days. No freeze dried food for us! I think I'm going to make these little hand pies for our treat along with our famous Italian Chicken barbecue.
This recipe is from Donna Hay, they are Mixed Berry and Coconut and I can't wait to try it!
I have a favorite coffee place I like to go to, Sleepy Monk, and they have the most heavenly coconut cupcakes along with organic coffee drinks.
It's almost like home minus the ocean right out my front door.
